Best way to automate a Powerpivot sourced presentation but keeping it flexible?

Good afternoon all!

I have 3 PP files of different topics that we use to create PowerPoint reports, we designed it to fit the best possible the end-users needs, then it takes a lot of time to build them.

For example I tried to improve the first slide, but it required 7 Pivot tables, then two tables that I feed with the 7 pivots by cells references + 3 other pivot tables to show 3 charts. That's 10 pivot tables I don't feel it's very solid nor flexible.

Would you think about a better way to do that?

Many thanks,
Olivier.

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
