Best Method to demonstrate Excel skills via portfolio?

Anybody have any ideas or tips/tricks to best demonstrate one's Excel skills in a portfolio?

I could show an example of work, but the skill range in Excel is so wide, I'd hate to limit it to just a few formula's or data models. Any ideas? Thank you!!

what about giving your login name here for people to see the things you've done?
[I haven't checked, but assume you've answered a few questions, not just asked questions: if not, then maybe 'get cracking' answering a few questions across varied subjects. Be sure to include some VBA if possible.]
