I am creating a simple database to print receipts for a rental property. I have the following unrelated tables:

Tenant
Owner
Receipt Type
Property

I want to create a table/form that will house the transaction date, the date the rent is paid from and to, and then have a form whereby I can type in those details and then pick the tenant, owner, receipt type, and property name from drop down lists.

From this I believe that I should be able to create a report that will act as a receipt for the tenant incorporating data from all tables.

I have tried the table wizard and then creating a form from this, but do not seem to be on the right track.

Suggestions anyone?
