Barcode scanning help

Hi, hope you're all well

I need some help with scanning a barcode into excel and the fields filtering correctly.
The columns i have are:

Batch Number
Product Name
Product Code
Expiry Date

When i set the QR Codes up they'll be in this order, how do i get the data to filter correctly ?
