Hello,

I created a chart based of an excel data range that I had set up. In these excel data range I have formula's use as calculation
and some of the calculations are 0, and some of the calculations are more than 0.

I created a chart off of this range (calculation), and in the bar charts, the number on top of the bar, it listed the Zero's too.

I want it to not list the 0s in the bar graph but only number that is high than 0. Does anyone know how
I could get rid of the 0s in the bar graph ? I tried a number of ways without any success.

I have tested that if I deleted the formulas, and just have an empty cell, the 0 in the graph will be gone,
but I can't remove the formulas since is needed because is used in calculation to produced the graph.

Thanks !!!!

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
Use a number format that suppresses zeros. Like one of these:

0;;;
General;;;
0.00;;;
0.0%;;;

A number format has four elements separated by semicolons. The first is for positive values, the second for negative values, the third for zero values, the fourth for text. In all of the ones I've shown above, only positive numbers will be represented, negatives and zeros will not show, nor will text.

I had to use the following:

=IF(formula=0,NA(),formula)

That stopped the plotting of the zero value points.
