Bar Chart to show indexed results?

Hi, I'm using Excel 2013 and trying to compare different 10+ retail stores with their indexed results - so, I want any value below 100 to appear as a bar below 100, and any value above 100 to appear above. 100 would be my baseline, and all values would stem from the 100, up or down. Does that make sense? If not, I can try to host an image somewhere of an example, but hoping someone might know what I am talking about.

Right now, I've only been able to construct a regular bar chart, starting at 0, despite fiddling with the axis options.

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
