Bar chart on active athletes on course at specific race times

Hi guys,

Hopefully the title makes sense.

I have a large excel sheet with a triathlon competition results. Name, country and many other information.

To be able to plan ahead for next year i need to know how many athletes are present on the course at specific times.

What I was thinking was to use the total time and then some sort of count mechanic that tells me how many athletes are on the course at 5-10 minute intervals. Hopefully this make sense to some of you, don't really know how to explain it further
