Hi

I have set up automated timeline (Gant Style) workbook for colleagues whichworks fine but they have now asked me if I can have the bar colour changeautomatically if a task is past due e.g. Green while it is in scope and redwhen it is Out of Scope.

This is not something I have been asked for in the pastso not sure it is even possible, could anyone advise if this can be done beforeI start trying to figure it out please?

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
The trick is to have two bars, one for completed, one for not completed. Depending on the state of the task, one bar is zero lenth and the other is the total duration.

In my tutorial Gantt Charts in Microsoft Excel, I show two-toned bars, with the colors showing percent complete. You would just use 0% or 100% complete.
