I hope I can explain this properly.
I have one MAIN form that contains common information for each incident. After this information is input, the user then needs to select between SHARP or BLOOD_BORNE then input information into either of these two categories.
I don't know how to make the relationship between these three tables so that when the user selects the SHARP button on the main form, they go to the SHARP form and complete that part of the form. Same goes for if they select the BLOOD_BORNE button.
So the record would have the MAIN form information & SHARP information or the MAIN form information & BLOOD_BORNE information. From that record I would be able to create my reports.
I get an error that reads “the changes you requested would create duplicate values in the index, primary key or relationship….you need to change” I don’t know what to change. I don’t want duplicates of the same incident I want just a single record.
Does this make any sense?
