Ayuda con datos externos

hola, soy nuevo aquí y necesito ayuda.

Estoy tratando de rellenar un comboBox con datos de un fichero externo, pero no se como hacer referencia a ese fichero.

Mi codigo es el siguiente:

For Each item In Range("[BDTABLAS.xls]GENERAL!A2").CurrentRegion
ComboBox1.AddItem item.Value
Next item

he probado otras opciones y no me ha servido de nada.

¿Podrías ayudarme?
