Avoid security message when i go to open Hyperlink on worksheet

On my worksheet i hyperlink a customers name to a pdf file stored in a folder on pc.
When i click the hyperlink i see the security message & have to select OK before the file opens.

Can we remove the security warning so i just click on hyperlink & file opens.
