Avg excluding 0's and grand total on Pivotable

I m working on a pivot table and i used the formula =AVERAGEIF(N11:N173,"<>0") to exclude 0's. but when I filter my pivot table, it shows the average excluding 0's but its also tallies up the grand total and includes it in the average which shows the figures alot different.

Anything else I should add in the formula to exclude the grand total.
