Averaging Averages for distinct values as a calculated measure

Hello,</SPAN></SPAN>
I am using Excel 2010, Windows 7, with PowerPivot Version 10.50.4000.0. I am required to use this version due to posting of data to our sharepoint environment and server configurations (not Ideal I know). My issue is as follows: </SPAN></SPAN>

I would then like to display via a powerpivot table the following:</SPAN>

I am having trouble getting y and am lost in my own nested calculate and sumx functions. Appreciate any help/suggestions provided.
