Averageifs

I'm using an AVERAGEIFS function [=AVERAGEIFS($F$4:$F$24,$L$4:$L$24,I2,$D$4:$E$24,H2)] that is looking at both a date and time to do the average. I keep getting an error messages in relationship to the time portion of the function. Is time usually more quirky with an AVERAGEIFS function?

In AVERAGEIFS each criteria_range must be the same size and shape as sum_range. Your last criteria_range D4:E24 has 2 columns

Maybe you should use a helper column. Could you provide a small data sample along with expected result(s)?.
