Hi,

I have an evaluation dashboard which contains graph overviews which change dependent upon what option is selected on a data validation list.

The data source is on another tab and it uses averageif against the different criteria I've set to pull specific data from the raw data (eval questionnaire results), however at the moment this is only linked up to 1 programme type.

The other programmes I am collecting data for has more columns (in another worksheet) due to additional questions from the eval etc. therefore the averageif will not work for me because the range will be within a different column.

I need a suggestion on how I can resolve this so my graphs change in response to what is selected on the data validation list which as of now is across 2 workbooks essentially but somehow need to be in the same source. If that makes sense?

Thank you

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Using a Dynamic Named Range could get around it. Using sources across multiple worksheets gets complicated, beyond my level.
