I have a query that figures the average access cost for each sales person but I would like it to figure the access cost for a certain month for each sales person.
I have a month field that uses the mm/dd/yyyy format for the date. How would I set it up so it would figure the average access cost for a particular month? Would I add the month field to the query and specify something in the criteria area? Thank you

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
Hi,

I'm not a super Access user, but I would probably put it in a report, that way you can use the sorting and grouping, which very cleanly adds a monthly view if you choose to average based upon your query.
