Hi All

I have a table with 6 columns;
Agent - Staff Member
Called - Phone number called
Internal/External - Where the call went
Date - Date of Call
Time - Time of Call
Length - Length of Call

I am trying to build a Pivot Chart, which shows the average number of calls made by each agent at times of the day ie how many they made between 9 and 10, 10 and 11 and so on.

I have run into trouble with getting an average per hour slot, currently I am using count of the numbers to give me a value which adds up all the calls made between 9 and 10 , but as soon as I try to average it, it adds all the phone numbers up and averages that number, what I want is how many calls made between 9 and 10 divided by number of days, is it possible to do this directly in the pivot table/chart or do i need to add an extra formula into the worksheet?

Does this make sense?

Hello,

It looks like you need a calculated field ... :wink:
