Average Not zero

Is there a way to average a range excluding zero values if any and the highest and lowest value

=AVERAGEIFS(A1:A100,A1:A100,"<>0",A1:A100,"<>"&MAX(A1:A100),A1:A100,"<>"&MIN(A1:A100))

The Averageifs works perfect.

Mikerickson - this is yielding an error.
