I am creating a spread sheet where I have a sales goal number and I want to have a formula that will take the current sales and display and average of what is left to hit the goal. I can easily do the math in my head but for the life of me I'm stuck on trying to get it into a formula. For example:

Weekly Goal:12750.00 (B2)
Monday:1282.19 (C2)
Tuesday:1341.42 (D3)
Wednesday:Blank (E2)
Thursday:Blank (F2)
Friday:Blank (G2)
Saturday:Blank (H2)
Sunday:Blank (I2)
Total left to hit goal:10126.39 (FORMULA IN THIS CELL =SUM(C2:I2)-B2

what I want to do is get an average of what needs to be done in sales to hit 10126.39. In the above example the answer is 10126.39/5 so wed, thur, fri, sat, sun, leaving out Mon and Tues. however I need it to adjust when I enter Wed. sales to divide by 4, thur. by 3 and so on.

Thanks for any help!
