I have these dates with numbers
A B C D E F

8/25/20249/1/20249/8/20249/15/20249/22/20249/29/2024
74,40068,40064,10059,20055,50051,500

Each week a new number is added. How do I calculate the average change per week in a formula in Column G

Thanks
James

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Take the last number and subtract the first number and divide by the number of weeks, i.e.
Excel Formula:
=(F2-A2)/5
or
Excel Formula:
=(F2-A2)/(COUNT(A2:F2)-1)
