Good morning All,

I'm trying to get an average percentage (or) number based on the importance level (1-9)
example,

total Importance level
30 1
15 2
22 3
10 4
78 5
90 6
40 7
88 8
91 9

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Can you elaborate on what you want to achieve and make your question clearer

importance Level 1-9 is based on spend - 1 being likely, and 9 confirmed spend
from the above example 30 will be likely to be spent and 91 is confirmed spend, I have 10 more task in the same structure and wanted to calculate whats the average for each task
