Hi Everyone

I am wondering how many people deal with Avaya on here and if they use VBA to run reports from Avaya CMS.

If anyone does, could they offer me any code to help me start up a VBA report from CMS. (I have version 16)

Do you want a vba code to run directly linked to avaya or do you have extracted data from avaya in excel then run a macro code on it? If it's the latter, what do you want to do specifically? Clean up the data? Compute AHT, productivity, etc.?
