I seen a macro that if the workbook set idle or was left open for a set amount of time it would save the workbook. I really need that macro or if someone can give me one I would really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance

Excel Facts

Convert text numbers to real numbers
Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
because I have an auto protect macro that protects the whole workbook with a set password that i was going to also use with the auto save. IF the user forgets to protect the workbook and save it the macro will auto-protect and save the workbook. all I need is a 10 or 15 minute timer added to this macro

Sub Protect()

Dim ws As Worksheet

For Each ws In ThisWorkbook.Worksheets

ws.Protect Password:="456"

Next ws
ActiveWorkbook.Save

Windows.Application.Quit 'closes wkbk & excel
End Sub
