Hi, I'd like a code that would refresh a PivotTable only when a new tab is selected/activated. Not when values on a tab are changed but only when the user moves/selects a different tab.

Thanks!

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Hi,

Try adding this to the sheets you need it for:

Code:
[COLOR=#333333]Private Sub Worksheet_Activate()
[/COLOR]
    Dim ws As Worksheet
    Dim pvt As PivotTable
    Set ws = ActiveSheet
    For Each pvt In ws.PivotTables
        pvt.RefreshTable
    Next pvt

[COLOR=#333333]End Sub[/COLOR]

In the VBE, insert in the "ThisWorkbook" code module,

Code:
Private Sub Workbook_SheetActivate(ByVal Sh As Object)
    Me.RefreshAll
End Sub
