When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Where do you want this? In a query, table or form?

You won't be able to do it in a table using Autonumber but could create a calculated field in a query or form.

I would use a calculated query as Norie suggests, but you can also format the autonumber field for the desired table like:
\T#
Just view the table in design view, select the autonumber field, and enter the above under "Format"
