Automating Officelive?

Just wondered if anyone had tried to do this?

Something i am working on was going to use a FTP site on our office server, but have been informed that all our offices would not be able to access this so that idea is now defunked. I thought i may be able to use the Microsoft officelive site to store the documents, but allowing everone that would need to add files into the account may cause problems.

A long time ago, i had managed to automate the saving of documents into a yahoo folder. Has anyone tried any type of macro automation on the officelive site?

There seems to be divided opinion about whether using the Microsoft SkyDrive could contravene the regulations regarding transfer of personal data outside the EU - I believe that the storage of the SkyDrive data may be in the USA.

Also note that the SkyDrive data may not be backed-up.
