Automatically Updating Current time

I am using Excel 2010. The current time in a cell (Now()) needs to be refreshed/updated automatically.
Many examples I have tried off the web havent been successful.

The time is used as part of the conditional formating. eg if the time passed exceeds 10 hours then a cell highlights. I dont want the users to constantly be using F9 to refresh the screen, but to have it happen automatically.

Can you please help
