Hello,

I am new to VBA, i have used it before to create spreadsheets that are emailed to one recipient, but now i would like an email to be sent automatically when the cell reaches 60 and 30 days, I would like the subject to include the Product Description. o make it easier i had planned to have the email address of the Department on the same worksheet. Please see attached picture for Spreadsheet layout.

The idea is to let Departments know when products are getting close to the use by date.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks
