There is probably a function in Excel that allows this but I am probably asking the wrong question when searching the internet.

I wish to be able to view the last few records (perhaps 20) that I have added to a worksheet via a UserForm and for the records to "scroll up" by one row as each new record is added.

Hopefully there is a simple solution

Many thanks

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Hi Denny57,

what about using

VBA Code:
With ActiveSheet
  Application.Goto Reference:=.Cells(.Rows.Count, "A").End(xlUp).Offset(-20), Scroll:=True
End With

Please note that I assumed the first row to be headers and fixed for scrolling and that the column mentioned will be the first cell displayed in the scrollable area.

Ciao,
Holger
