I have a macro looping continuously. After a certain point inthe macro a file is exported to Excel. I do not want the file to be overwritten every time the macro loops. How can I get Access to save this file with say a filename of today's date and time?

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Code:
strSaveFilePath = "C:\MyDiectory\MyFile" & Format(Now(), "YYYYMMDDHHMM") & ".xls"
xlBook.SaveAs strSaveFilePath

where xlBook is the variable for your Excel book.
