Automatically run

I was wondering if there is a way to set a macro within Access to automatically run at 11am every weekday. I would like to set this up so that no manual steps are require by the user, not even opening Access. Is this possible?

Would it take some sort of script to open the Access application? If so, does anyone know how to get started with a script?
