Hi,
I currently have an excel spreadsheet with a main sheet which contains 4 columns:
Status - Deal - Detail - Name of person responsible

Separate sheets are then individualized to each person, showing every time they feature on the main spreadsheet (all the deals they are responsible for). The current values are linked to the main sheet such that if any modifications are made - they will update on the separate ones. However, would it be possible for say:
A new deal was added and the person's name was added in column D, it could automatically populate that person's specific sheet? Even better - the main and specific spreadsheet are currently organised based on the status of the deal (and colour coded) - could there be a way for this new deal added onto the main spreadsheet know to go to that specific person's individual sheet, and know where to position itself based on its status/colour code (each status has the same value/wording).

Any help would be greatly appreciate.

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
If you want assistance you are more likely to get help if you help the helper so they do not need to guess about or recreate your data.

If the data is not confidential post a link to your workbook. If necessary you can enter fake-but-realistic data before providing the link. Put the file on Dropbox, Box, 1Drive, Google Drive etc. Use the link icon above the Mr Excel message area. Make sure that other people can access the file!

Or, consider sharing relevant data using Mr Excel's excellent XL2BB addin that enables you to post a portion of a worksheet. See XL2BB - Excel Range to BBCode for details.

It also helps if you show us the result that you need.

I expect that you'll need a VBA solution that does what is required.
