Is there an application that increases/decreases the speaker volume? I'm tired of manually doing this.

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
Thanks for getting the thread rolling. Will it sense if a particular volume level is too high/low and adjust? Can it apply windows-wide and not just in office?

I do not know. I have never tried anything like this. I just came across this thread on our forum that was similar to yours, and thought it might be helpful.
The best way to find the answers to those questions might be to try it and test it out.

The Excel code seems too narrow, for windows your link recommended: View / change sound volume on Windows 11/10/7/8/2008 from command-line or GUI

which can detect the volume setting and change it, but not the actual loudness (I think)

I'm surprised with the AI hype and all of windows' crazy features there isn't one that does this. How many times have we played a song that was too quiet, turned up the volume, then another song comes on super blasting and we frantically reach for the controller to turn it down again.
