I have columns of dates and I'm looking to automatically highlight dates that are older than 5 business days from today. Is that conditional formatting? Thanks in advance

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.

You can use conditional formatting based on a formula using the WORKDAY function. Example for Dates in A1:A100:
Select A1:A100, then use this formula to set the condition:

=$A1<workday(today(),-5)< html=""> < </workday(today(),-5)<>WORKDAY(TODAY(),-5)

Then set the format you want.
