Hello, I want to automatically hide rows when "Y" is entered in the final column. The column title is "Case Closed" and the user will enter "Y" or "N". I want the whole row (case) to be hidden once the user types "Y".

This is to have all "closed cases" (rows) hidden to reduce the amount visible.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Do they have to be hidden? You have Office 365 and can use simple functions to have it display on a different page. Or have a sum that will only extract the N's.

How would I have all the "closed cases" automatically populate another sheet?
Sorry I am a excel beginner and do not know the best way to do things.

Welcome to the Board!

Take a look at the new Excel FILTER function (not to be confused with the old FILTER menu options).
See here for details, explanations, and examples: FILTER Function
