Automatically extract data from a website to create chart using VBA

Here is a website where you can search for fund performce of the Thrift Savings Plan (the defined contribution plan for U.S. civil service employees).

https://www.tsp.gov/InvestmentFunds/FundPerformance/index.html

I want to create a chart that tracks this data for the past year. When I click a button in my workbook it will retrieve the website's relevant data for the past year and create or update a line chart. Is this possibe?
