Hey I am pretty new to this and could use some help.
I am tracking how far out a member is from their Date of release (DOR), I want the cell of the persons name to change to green if they are 91 days + from their DOR; to automatically change to yellow 90-31days from DOR; Red if they are 30 days or less from DOR.

Is this possible?

Thank You,

John

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.

When you enter the Conditional Formatting rules, if the results are not like mine go to Home ribbon tab -> Conditional Formatting -> Manage Rules ...
and use the arrows to ensure the rules appear in the order shown below

BTW, for the future I suggest that you investigate XL2BB for providing sample data to make it easier for helpers by not having to manually type out sample data to test with.
(If you have trouble with XL2BB, review the "XL2BB Icons greyed out" link in the 'Known XL2BB issues' section near the top of the XL2BB Instructions page linked above.)
