Hi.

I have a sheet of my runs - dates, times etc.

I have an average time of all my runs, however i’d like to also have an average time of my last 10 runs, to have a recent form average. Is there a way to automatically change the cells so that when a new run is entered, that is included & the 11th most recent run is excluded?

So when the next run is entered, AVERAGE(S59:S68) automatically changes to AVERAGE(S60:S69)

Thank you for your help.

Regards

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
You can do that with a pivot table or array formula based on date, can you post some sample data?

G'day there,

You could add new data at the top - as that is what you are interested in anyway - so your formula will always be looking at the most recent 10 entries. This method, whilst requiring you to insert cells (which can be macroed to a button), will save a lot of scrolling.

Cheers
