I want to add data to a new row automatically when my excel sheet gets refreshed.
First column should record the time at that moment. And other column values are copied from another table.
Can anybody help me by providing the cide for this scenario??

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.

My excel sheet works on live data. And it gets refreshed after every 5 min. So it updates my source table. I want to record this update in a new row at the destination table.

okay.. So you want to get all those data to specific file and destination after every 5 minutes.

there is way you can trigger "Action" based on time period (in your scenario every 6 minutes)

I would advice you to spend some time on watching video and related some information available on google.

Automatically Run a Macro Every X Minutes or Hours

there are many videos are available watch it.
