Automatic reference to the ActiveX Data Objects Library

I am creating a small macro in excel to verify some data that I want to deploy to a bunch of clients. I personally set the references in Tools->Reference to include Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects 2.8 Library so that I can use recordsets and such, but I would have no idea whether the clients set that setting or not. Is there a way I can include that statement in my code so that it would automatically include that reference so that my Macro would run on any computer with Excel 97 or higher?
