Would like to have the information of how to populate one field will entering in information in the field before. Leared it at an Access class, but it has slipped my mind

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
The answer is, you don't really want to do this.
Duplication of data within a table tend to make programming solutions more complex instead of simple. Imagine duplicating a value 5 times and then needing to change it with code - 5 times.

Build a query based on the field in your table...and extract/concatenate/calculate the values you need.

Then, anywhere you wish to use this new "field" - reference the query, not the table.

Hello and welcome to Mr Excel.

Are you referring to using default values in tables?
