Automatic Calculation using text and several factors

Hello there,

I wish to create a way of automatically entering a value of distance, depending on what the departure and arrival destination is. For example London(0miles) to Paris (1,000miles) automatically inserts '1,000' into the miles column. Hope this is possible for more than 1 set of locations.

Any help is gratefully received.
