Automated PDG Report from Chart Data

So I produced a spreadsheet with a number of automated graphs, the graphs change depending on a couple drop downs the user picks. Year (2011,2012..) and View (Year on Year or Cumulative of that year and all previous)

Here is an example of one of these graphs. Assets on X axis, then 2 Y axis, one with Residuals and the other with a percentage difference calculation

I want to be able to click a button, and have excel autofill a generic report I'd write which will look something like.
In the year xxxx (Based on dropdown) and View xxxx(Based on drop down). Company showed outliers with assets....A with a percentage difference... and a residual value of...., B with percenta.....so on and so fourth. The assets, residual and percentage difference value change with what you pick from the dropdown. Also the number of outlier assets change so the paragraph length will vary. So some combinations of the drop down may have 2 assets whereas others 7. It also need to copy the graph and table in for reference.
If I coud have some guidance on how to do this for one graph, I'm hoping I'd be able to build on this and make a larger automated report where multiple graphs are looked at and brought in to the PDF report.

Can't you design the report (on an other tab, perhaps) that simply references the pivot table the chart reads from? In the same way the chart is dynamic, the report would be as well.

That does seem like an option. However, because the number of rows changes depending on the year. I'll have to create a template for every row number variation. I could use VCOUNT and dependent on the number of rows look to the appropriate report template, I dont know if this could be done in a more sophistaicated way.

And how would I go about bringing the chart and table in, the block of text could be created this way but I also need to have the chart and table at the top of the report for reference.
