Automated Headers and Footers when opening Pivot cells

Hi all,

I have learned a lot about excel in this forum and in other forums, but I now have a question that I have not found an answer to yet. I have been helping out our finance team/billing crew at the lab that I work at, and the problem we are experiencing rests on pivot tables. I have been trying to help them with my knowledge of pivot tables and have, but when double clicking on a clients name to start the invoice process, they have to add in a header line to each new tab that is opened, which can be amazingly cumbersome.

Enough pretense, here is the question: How do you add in a header/footer to new tabs that are opened when you double click in a pivot table cell? Am I thinking about it wrong? Is there a better way to do it?

The data that we use to make the pivot table comes from a program that queries a database and generates a csv file that we then manipulate. Unfortunately, I work for a state agency and some of the tools we have to do it all are just the basic nuts and bolts!

Any help would be much appreciated!

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
