Hello!

I have a simple excel file from which I'd like to share just certain rows and no comments with my colleagues in a separate file stored on a common file area. I'm thinking about creating a copy that is automatically updated at least daily in which some of the rows and all of the comments/notes are removed. I cannot seem to find a good way of doing this, any ideas?

Example:
My document has 50 rows and 400 columns with comments/notes every here and there. I need to share a copy (stored on a different drive) but I only want others to see rows 1-30 and no comments. The copy needs to be updated at least daily. How do I do this?

Excel Joke
Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
Copies sheet2 to the current directory and names it Backup

Code:
Sub MM1()
Rows("31:50").Copy Sheets("Sheet2").Range("A1")
Sheets("Sheet2").SaveAs ThisWorkbook.Path & "\Backup" & ".xls"
End Sub
