I have a monthly report that I would like to have links that take you to different pages, but I don't want to have to redo the links every month that the pages are updated. What are some solutions to this? Can I use VBA or a plug in?

Excel Facts

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
It sounds like you have a setup where you're linking to content xyz on page 5 this month and next month you want to link to content xyz again but it'll be on page 6 then.

Is that an accurate summary of what you have going on? If so, how are you creating this PDF?

Hello, I have this same exact question!
Did you reach any solution for that??

I have an excel file that I will be filling each month, and it contains an index that I want to link to different pages.
The item in the index will always be linked to the same page. For Example, "item1" in index, should always be linked to page3. and "item2" to page5.
Is there anyway I can do that once in excel and not repeat it every time in pdf??

I was trying to do this for the last two days with a lot of researches, but couldn't find anything related.

It's not necessary that the links work in excel. My target is a link that works in the pdf after I "save as" PDF.
So I was trying to find the code that makes you jump to a certain page in acrobat, but couldn't find any.

Thank you in advance.
