I'm sure this is simple but it's stumped me!

All I want to do is to autofill Column F here from the last value in the row (i.e. ignore any blanks, find the next value in the row and move it to the F column).

Is there some kind of formula/autofill thing that I could drag down to do this?
Thanks.

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
I'm not sure about a formula but this macro should do what you want:
Code:
Sub CopyCell()
    Application.ScreenUpdating = False
    Dim LastRow As Long
    LastRow = Cells.Find("*", SearchOrder:=xlByRows, SearchDirection:=xlPrevious).Row
    Dim lColumn As Long
    Dim rng As Range
    For Each rng In Range("F3:F" & LastRow)
        If rng = "" Then
            rng = Cells(rng.Row, Columns.Count).End(xlToLeft).Value
        End If
    Next rng
    Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub
