autocopy cell based on color in new cell

Hello, I hope somebody could help me with the following...

I have 2 columns, in which one of both cells is always highlighted in blue (based on conditional formatting).
How can the contents of only the highlighted blue cell, be auto-copied into a new column?

Thanks for your help!
