Hi all, I need to create a pie chart for work showing job failure categories, and the percentage that they can be attributed to the failure. For example I have a list of reasons for failure:

1. Train was late
2. Train was late
3. Staff didn't turn up
4. Machine broke down

The pie chart will looks through the column, and produce a chart showing "Train was late" as 50%, "Staff didn't turn up" as 25%, and "Machine broke down" as 25%. I need it to update automatically, and ignore blank cells. Is this possible?

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
