hi team , unable to attach sample file

Have generated an excel to track yearly events that we are looking to host in the company for apac as a whole region...I wanted formulas on tab ‘charity 2018’ so that it auto populates data from ‘schedule’ sheet/tab.

For example in charity 2018 tab, I want formulas in below col.

Date- To auto pick from col J in schedule tab if it sees word Charity/Volunteering in col M

Collection Description- Should be auto picked from Description of Event ie col N in schedule tab

Collection - Should be auto picked from Donations collected (local currency) ie col U in schedule tab

Issue- if I have 2 events with same name on different dates the formula overlap. For every charity/vol event done I want the entry to be in a new tab. Example below

Date Collection Description Collection
02/07/18 (Wed) Smile association $100.00
01/27/18 (Sat) AWWA $20.00

Thanks in adv

regards,
H
